Visited as a treat for a family member and was quite disappointed. Upon arrival was told that only card payments were accepted (which was useful to know) but once seated was informed ordering was only processed through the app? This was time-consuming, confusing and quite difficult to achieve. Was surprised to be asked for a tip before the food order was confirmed...? Had to get our own drinks and cutlery for the table. The place was almost empty, the music was loud and the air conditioning was unnecessarily cranked up. Staff were polite but the atmosphere was lacking. The pizzas were good and arrived quickly but the salad bar was limited and the overall experience was frustrating and expensive, which is a shame.

I was saddened when I heard this Pizza Hut (last one I think in Cambridge) is to be knocked down to make room for offices. Get there whilst you can!
