Although I didn’t stay overnight, I spent a relaxing evening at the bar, and it absolutely exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed by warm, attentive staff who made the entire visit feel special. The service was impeccable—friendly yet professional—and made us feel completely at ease. We ordered a few drinks and some small plates to share, and everything was top-notch. The cocktail menu was creative and well-curated, and the drinks were expertly made. The food was equally impressive—high-quality, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. The ambience at Parker’s Tavern is what truly sets it apart. Went there on Friday for cocktails and live jazz. Between us we had the espresso martini (I’m a connoisseur, and would consider this one in the upper reaches of espresso martini quality), the beetle collector and sir jacks bat. The cocktails were overall fantastic, especially for the price. Strong and well mixed, and also the beetle collector especially was delicious. The seating, ambiance and live music were all great. I think the Jazz was a little more bluesy, and I could have appreciated something less background music-y but hey, tastes vary. For improvement, I think that they were a little understaffed for the number of people there, and did not have some of the menu items in stock. Other than that, I’m definitely coming back here for another date night.
