This establishment represents a significant culinary enhancement to Cambridge, offering what I consider to be the finest curry I've experienced in the area, evoking memories of my travels throughout India.

EXCELLENT DINNER. First, Fusion Hut isn't near the main tourist area, so you might have to walk around bit to find it. BUT IT'S TOTALLY WORTH IT. We found it by accident, but wish we stumbled across it last night too. Second, it's not a big place, which adds to the charm and ambiance. It's not "fusion" in the snob-charge-12.5%-service-charge-dilute-the-menu pretentious meaning. It's a mixture of Bangladeshi and Indian cuisines in the best sense of the concept. We ordered Meat Samosa, Bhindi's Ghost and Noah's Butter Chicken. Bhindi's Ghost was described as " medium spicy ", but to my hopelessly American pallette was more-than-medium. But that didn't affect how good it tasted. Noah's Butter Chicken was slightly sweet and steamed rice pairs well with it. If we were going to be in Cambridge for additional days, we'd gladly enjoy going to Fusion Hut again.
