Staff were brilliant just a shame the beans tomatoes and mushrooms were all cold and the bacon was well overcooked along with the pirce I wouldn't come back personally which is disappointing as I do enjoy a fry up

Always use Fresh for an A14 pitstop. The young girl who served us today could not have been nicer. A smile, always confirming our request, and wishing us a good day afterwards. What a re-Fresh-ing change from so many service area staff.

The service was so polite, and efficient! I only purchased a vegan roll, and wish I’d been able to eat a jacket potato, as the food looked delicious! Everywhere was soo clean! Most of all they were soo kind when I’d left without my phone. As I returned they were so honest, and asked me to check everything was intact! Thank you sooo much.
