Decent coffee. I asked a staff member to open the disabled bathroom for me and was met with a snarky remark about how I should get my own RADAR key to open the bathroom myself in future. It was very rude especially as the regular bathrooms are up two flights of stairs, which I had no chance of using due to a recent knee injury. Additionally, the emergency pull cord in the bathroom was tied up so it did not touch the floor, despite the sign on the cord saying it needed to and is located behind the sanitary bin next to the toilet cistern - a very hard place to reach. When I ordered my coffee the barista treated me like an inconvenience. I will not be returning, and I suggest the staff are given training on how to accommodate disabled customers as this was a horrible experience as a usually able bodied individual.
