Great little pub. Friendly staff and good beers. On a recent visit though, because there was football on TV the pub was far too quiet. Locals only turn out on match days it seems. Not as enjoyable as on previous visits. Visited again today. Quiet but a very enjoyable visit. One thing I found strange and slightly annoying though. Apparently because because Spurs were were playing at 1630 the tables and chairs round the televisions had been reserved for the locals who were coming in to watch the football. No sign of them until then. So where are other customers supposed to sit when they arrive?
