En pleno centro histórico y turístico de Burgos, donde temes que te pongan comida propia para turistas y te claven por un menú normalito, nos costó dar el paso de reservar para comer una olla podrida, plato típico y muy valorado de la zona. Avisamos para reservar. La sorpresa (muy grata) fue la de encontrarnos con una calidad muy, muy alta tanto en la comida (una olla podrida espectacular), como en el trato del personal. No nos sentimos en un local para turistas. Lo estoy recomendado sin parar. De verdad, todo son elogios. ¿Algo en contra...? Ambiente o decoración un poco trasnochada, tópica castellana, pero que puede resultar hasta atractiva. Puntuación muy sobresaliente.

Rapport qualité-prix très moyen. Le menu du jour aurait été correct à 18 euros. A 24, il ne vaut vraiment pas le coup : salade mixte sans intérêt, bar rôti bon mais baignant dans le beurre, dessert insignifiant...

Very good restaurant, with a pleasant view to the cathedral. The food was really good, we had “trigueros a la pancha” and “pimentos rojos al horno” for entrance and the best was the main course, that we had “cochinillo asado en horno” that was amazing, very crunchy on the outside! Very vey good.
