Poco abiertos a modificaciones en su carta. Si eres vegano, igual tienes problemas para comer... si no quieres un plato basado en arroz. Finalmente pedí el japchae sin ternera, y era un plato de fideos de boniato con unos trozos de verdura que apenas se notaban por su escasez, eran más como elementos decorativos del plato (y caro para lo que llevaba). Mi acompañante cenó bien, y todo le pareció muy rico.
