It’s a shame places like these aren’t available in the more touristic areas. It’s a cafeteria/bufe setup. There was a good variety of Hungarian dishes. I wish I had a bigger stomach as there were many. I would’ve liked to try which I did not see on the menus in the touristic areas . this place was way better than the expensive Hungarian restaurants in pest! I got the paprika chicken (I know I’m so typical!!!) which was a very generous amount tasted way better than any of the restaurants I had it at thus far and it was made with chicken breast! 😋 everybody was so nice even the customers! It’s interesting to read the criticisms about the price but then again I’m basing my observation on Central Budapest restaurant prices so for me this place seems like a really good deal
