Brunch should be simple, and Pantry has mastered the concept of it. Honestly best thing to happen to Hungary since Hat-harom It is a small family owned cafe with a very simple concept of "build your own dish". You can choose between 3, 5,7 elements. And we loved it so much that we came twice. We have now tried all elements, and there is nothing that has been less than excellent. It can feel a bit pricey for Budapest, but I find the pricing fair for the quality you get. The coffee is superb thanks to a super cool old school espresso machine and a talented barista, and the orange juice is super fresh. I particularly can recommend the breakfast potatoes, a concept I was unfamiliar with, and probably the best French toast in town. The staff is fully bilingual and incredibly nice.
