The staff is extremely rude, even if this was told by lots of customers here, it seems no action was taken. I felt like I need to apologize for becoming one of their customers

Dont waste your money, they charge 15% service on all bills, in very all print on the menu. Sorry but the prices are already inflated for mediocre food. Dont waste your money there are better value establishments in the airport who dont charge extra for poor service!

We were served by a woman with a lot of lip filler and blonde hair. She was possibly the most rude waitress I have ever experienced. Shouted at tables next to us, snarled at me when I asked for the bill. After asking for the bill, she took half an hour to bring over, every time I asked she rolled her eyes and stormed off. Honestly it was the most disgusting service I have ever experienced.
