Szoktam enni itt vagy ott nálatok, de mindig van valami kellemetlen apróság. A padlizsánszelet eleve nagyon vékony lehetett, de a színe és állaga alapján alaposan túl volt sütve, kicsi volt és papírvékony. Szerintem ez tiszteletlenség a vendéggel szemben, mint ahogy tiszteletlenség külön felszámolni, ha egy kicsit több olivaolajat kérek a tálra. Nem a kislányra haragszom, hogy felszámolta, neki ez a dolga. De ez semmilyen mediterrán, közelkeleti étkezési kultúrával és vendégszeretettel nem fér össze. Az olaj, keleten, délen, akárhol ki van téve az asztalra, de megértem azt is hogy nincs kirakva, elvinnék, meginnák, beletöltenék a dízelmercibe, na de felszámolni külön az amúgy kifizetett ételhez egy kanálnyi olajat? Ne már. Amúgy jó volt a kaja.
