Egyszerűen lassan élhetelen a környék miatta. Hétköznap és hétvégén is megy a buli esténként, eszméletlen hangos zenével. Én csak albérlő vagyok itt, de biztosan szívnám a fogam, ha 100 milliókat fizettem volna itt egy ingatlanért.
