A játszótér még elmegy kompromisszummal, de a park többi része nagyon retró hangulatú, ráadásul ápolatlan, koszos. A focipálya, a pingpong asztalok és a kutyafuttató szörnyű állapotban vannak! Utóbbi csupán poros, eső után sáros terület elkerítve. Példát vehetnének a Városligeti kutyás élményparkról, az a minőség lenne a minimum!
