Kiválóan felszerelt játszótér, ahol szinte minden gyerekek által kedvelt ügyességet fejlesztő építmény, hinta , mászóka, stb. megtalálható. Vízcsap, WC -ma már szinte kötelező- is van.

Rendben van, a játékok állapota jó. A közösségi kint hagyott / kivitt műanyag játékok állapota azonban csapnivaló, lehetne belőlük bőven kukazni már pár veszélyesen élesre töröttet másnak is. A fák remek árnyékot adnak, van csap és sok pad is. A kialakítás is jó.
