I didn’t like the way the lady acted with her customers. Me and my friend wanted to order, she took my friends order but then skipped me and asked the couple behind if they were ready to order, they weren’t so I asked if I could order instead. When the couple wanted to order i could see how she tapped her fingers impatiently. As a former worker in customers service I think the way she acted was pretty unprofessional. But everyone can have a bad day I guess. The waffle itself is not worth the price you pay in my option, the waffle is doughy and not crispy at all. I guess it’s good for being both vegan and glutenfree but it’s not a place I will visit again. There was no place to sit down so we had to leave when we received our waffles to finas someplace to sit down.

Piccolo negozio all’interno della galleria, peccato possa risultare un po’ nascosto. Waffel vegan e gluten free. Ho apprezzato anche la preparazione al momento e non come alcuni locali che invece li avevano già pronti sul bancone solo da guarnire. Consiglio
