Nous avions pris des pâtes carbonara, le plat était pauvre en guanciale et l'émulsion oeuf fromage n'était pas fort réussie. De plus les pâtes ont étés vite froide.

This is a very nice restaurant with a great atmosphere. The food was quite good and the timing of beverage/food receipt was fine. What really frustrated us was the wait time once we were seated. It was over thirty minutes before our order was taken. I believe This is because only one person is responsible for greeting/seating guests, taking orders and taking payment. Since it was a busy time, a queue would build at the entrance while other guests were being seated. This became the priority which meant diners, including us, were ignored. After 20 minutes I asked a server if someone was available to take our drink order and was told, “he’ll be over” without further action. Once our order was taken, the beverages and food did come out in a reasonable time and the quality was good; but we were nearing the point of leaving given the wait.
