Restobieres cafe is tucked away in the Marolles district and can easily be found if you navigate towards the flea market surrounded by numerous vintage shops. By the way, the Marolles district itself can also be considered vintage - it's a completely Belgian and somehow miraculously preserved part of the Old Town.

Restobieres and beer are two inseparably linked elements. Every dish in the restaurant, from meat goulash and stewed chicken, to airy pastries and homemade pies, is created based on the hoppy beverage. The chef prepares most of the dishes right before the eyes of the clients, in the dining area among the tables.
