About

Les Brassins cafe once again proves that size really doesn't matter. Its miniature format does not prevent it from being constantly in demand, creating a buzz around every "suspended" cup of steaming drink.

The culinary talents of Les Brassins' chef are best appreciated to the leisurely and bright tunes of jazz music, which constantly emanates from an antique radio. The menu will delight meat and beer lovers, and will also satisfy vegetarians. The interior of Les Brassins cafe is designed in a minimalist style, specifically so that nothing distracts the visitors from their delicious meal.

Outstanding food! Everything was incredibly fresh, and the flavors were amazing. A truly delicious experience from start to finish — I’d absolutely recommend it!

We ate at this restaurant twice in a row, and it was absolutely phenomenal both times. It looks rather unassuming, being located in an alley with no other stores or eateries, but this place is far more than meets the eye. We ordered seven different items from the menu, and can recommend them all: -The beer braised pork: Delicious, rich meat in a savory sauce. -Beef carbonnades: Unbelievably tender! Melts in your mouth. -Meatballs liégeoise: Served with a nice sweet sauce. -Mussels with cream/garlic: Huge portion, and large, meaty mussels in a flavorful broth. -Bruxelles waffle: Not too sweet, served with sweet whipped cream to balance it. -Homemade chocolate mousse: Best I’ve ever had! Intense chocolate flavor without any bitterness or overwhelming sugariness. -Irish coffee: Far better than you’ll get it in other restaurants. All servers we met spoke english, so communication wasn’t an issue. It is best to reserve ahead of time, which is easy using their official link. It gets very busy along the evening. If you come early though, expect a long waiting time for your food to arrive, since the kitchen hasn’t started up yet.
