Nuetnigenough restaurant immediately catches the eye with its gastronomic signboard and massive wooden façade with glass storefronts. It's also notable that the entrances are not located in the center but are situated on the sides of the main mirrored storefront.

Nuetnigenough skillfully plays with sizes, cleverly "switching" from a giant façade to tiny tables, and then shifting the focus from minimalism to huge portions. The restaurant walls are adorned with oil paintings, one of which depicts the owner with her father in her distant childhood. The menu is dominated by Belgian dishes, but European cuisine is also available. Among the patrons, the pork knuckle and the rich, dark "amber" beer, served in a tall, misted glass, are especially popular.

Wow....just wow. Excellent staff! A big applause to the staff who know how to turn tables and get the line moving. There is generally a bit of a wait, but I assure you, it will be worth your time. From start to finish, delicious, authentic, Belgium cuisine. A bountiful beer menu. Lots of food options for any preference. A must try!

Un délice de l'entrée au dessert, la meilleure adresse de tout notre séjour en Belgique, proposant notamment une excellente carbonade ! Le tout avec un service chaleureux. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter lors de notre prochain passage à Bruxelles !

Excellente cuisine flamande au cœur de Bruxelles. Une adresse incontournable lors d'un passage dans cette capitale. Retour 4 ans après, et deux ans de plus. (Toujours) Rien à redire. Encore meilleur que dans mes souvenirs. Tout y est. Produits de qualité, cuisine faite maison. Des conseils sur la bière, avec des personnes qui prennent le temps de partager leur passion. Un moment de bonheur !
