We have tried their pasta amatriciana, pasta con zucchine, pasta al pesto. Pasta al pesto and pasta con zucchine were indeed good. However, they are far from traditional Italian pasta. Unfortunately, pasta amatriciana was quite disappointing! Instead of using guanciale, they used bacon, or maybe mixes of these two. The meat was burned, and the bottom of the plate was just oily…

Décor très cantine, un peu spartiate mais ne vous y trompez pas : la cuisine, simple, y est succulente et servie par un personnel souriant. J'ai goûté le pesto alla Trappanese, avec un complément de stracciatella pour ajouter une touche de douceur supplémentaire. Le spaghetti alla chitarra étaient une merveille qui descendait comme de la soie dans mon gosier, un peu aidé par le rosé bio et sicilien. J'ai terminé par un tiramisu et une double Espresso qui n'avait rien à envier à ses confrères du sud. Le tout à prix tout doux. Une nouvelle cantine pour mes repas express, parce que le service est rapide en plus du sourire. Que du bonheur.
