Got a cookie today and it was rock hard. I don't understand how they can sell a rock hard cookie. I nearly ruined my teeth. Makes me think there's not a lot of quality check of the products they sell. I sometimes get a sandwich from there and, although packed daily for lunch, it's not the most amazing sandwich.
