Colonel Restaurant is first and foremost about real meat that is cooked right before your eyes, and only then, it is a venue with a wide range of so-called "colonial" dishes. It's the only place where you can try rack of lamb with pomegranate juice, and then smoothly transition to one of the "chef's" desserts.

One of the restaurant's unique features is its unusual presentation of dishes. All meat delicacies are served on a large cast-iron skillet, which is placed on a wooden stand. The interior design of the Colonel restaurant is based on the collaboration of several styles, among which modern high-tech with traditional Flemish touches dominates.
