Nous avons participé au premier service du brunch dominical (10h30-12h30), sur la terrasse ensoleillée. Tout ce que nous avons mangé était délicieux. Les buffets sont bien achalandés tout au long du brunch. Viennoiseries, salades fraiches, poissons, plats chauds variés, sans oublier le bar à omelettes et à crêpes, et le buffet dessert. Nous sommes partis repus et ravis

Le chalet de Robinson est un endroit magnifique, avec un cadre charmant et une nourriture vraiment délicieuse. Les jeux pour enfants, y compris les bateaux, sont très bien pensés. Cependant, venant d’Amérique latine, nous sommes habitués à un style de service différent. Après avoir attendu environ dix minutes pour poser une question sur le menu, j’ai levé la main à plusieurs reprises. Lorsque j’ai enfin pu m’adresser à un membre du personnel, je lui ai simplement dit que cela faisait cinq minutes que je cherchais quelqu’un pour m’aider. Cette remarque a été interprétée comme une impolitesse, et la réponse a été sur un ton inutilement sec. Cela nous a surpris et a un peu gâché l’expérience, d’autant plus que tout le reste —le lieu, la nourriture, les activités— était vraiment excellent.
