My favorite bakery in Brussels for sure

I did not like the bread and pastries as much as I thought I would. Perhaps because my expectations were incredibly high. The bakery and the products look magnificent from the outside, that's for sure. But I found many pastries to be just very soft, missing the outside crunch unfortunately. The baguette was below average, not airy on the inside, reminding me of regular bread in grocery stores. The croissant was buttery and good. Other viennoiserie was just okay. All in all, if it's only about aesthetics, then brood scores full marks. But there is a lot of room to grow.
