We don’t often expect breakfast to restore us. But at Bisou, the açaí granola manages something close to emotional repair. The açaí itself is cool, the granola crisp and confident, the fruits arranged with an elegance that suggests someone cares... perhaps more than they needed to. I left not just replenished physically but emotionally 🤗

My exuberant sweet tooth is held in check by the austere logic of a hedge fund analyst, a quiet tug-of-war between desire and discipline. So I paused at Bisou, wincing at the €4.60 price tag but, in the end, gave in. The cookie offers something rare: a punchy, satisfying mix of bright chocolate notes, mellow sweetness, and a crisp edge that yields to tender. It doesn’t overwhelm or clamor for attention but simply fulfills its promise, completely and without fuss. I recommend the visit without reservation. Bisou makes the splurge feel not just forgivable, but essential.
