Pro Deo Bistro, true to a family establishment with homemade cuisine, is always filled with visitors, their flow never ceasing from "dawn till dusk." The unassuming exterior of the bistro building is painted white, somewhat reminiscent of ticket offices at railway platforms, with an oak barrel at the entrance.

The interior design of Pro Deo is dominated by an antique Flemish style with careless stone masonry and a large fireplace, whose chimney extends far upwards. The menu is dominated by Mediterranean cuisine, which is popular among tourists. Tables at the Pro Deo bistro need to be booked in advance - here, the rules established long ago are strictly adhered to, and no new clients are admitted an hour before closing.

Een leuk,tof klein restaurantje in hartje Brugge. Ook het interieur is geweldig oldies. Het eten is heel lekker en een super bediening. Wat kan een mens nog meer hebben.👍👍

"Halve kip holy groove", the best chicken I have ever eaten in my life!!! You have to try it! The place is very cozy, the host family is very nice and the food is great! We had a very lovely evening at Pro Deo :)
