The restaurant's display windows are literally filled with live cacti of all shapes and sizes, which bloom with enviable consistency once a year. By the way, it is during this period that the influx of visitors occurs, as Sanseveria Bagelsalon hosts a real festival of bagels and croissants.

The interior of the establishment is done in pastel tones, and an antique gramophone, which occasionally plays soft Belgian tunes, is leisurely sprawled on what is called the "bar counter."
