Local craftsmen take pride not just in the taste of their freshly brewed beer, but also in the technologies that allow producing a quality product for both locals and tourists.

"Bourgogne des Flandres" is located in the central part of Bruges. The entrance to the brewery is preceded by a wooden cart featuring a bulging barrel. Locals believe that touching the barrel ensures that any beer's effect wears off, allowing one to enjoy unlimited amounts of beer without the risk of intoxication. Tours of "Bourgogne des Flandres" include an extensive theoretical part followed by a tasting of different varieties at the end.

Estuvimos allí para realizar el tour en la cervecería, ver de primera mano el proceso y la historia de esta cerveza. Nos gustó mucho que tienen una audio guía (en español también) para entender mejor el proceso y la historia. El recorrido no es tan largo sin embargo es bueno prestarle atención a los detalles y observar bien el lugar. El final tuvimos derecho a una cerveza que venía ya incluida en el tour, la disfrutamos en la terraza al lado del canal. Personalmente viví una experiencia muy feliz en ese lugar y que espero nunca olvidar.

Sehr schöne Brauerei! Insgesamt eine sehr hübsche Brauerei. Der Rundgang/die Austellung wirkt etwas zu kurz und in die Jahre gekommen. Manche Ausstellungsstücke wirken abgegriffen, bei den Beschreibungen des Audiogides muss man manchmal rätseln, wohin man eigentlich gerade schauen muss/was gemeint ist. Die Verkostung war super, das Bier sehr lecker. Wir waren erst gegen Abend da, sodass wir keine Wartezeiten hatten.
