La pastelería Gernika de Santutxu es de las pocas que quedan "de toda la vida" y tienen una reposteria de calidad : carolinas ,rusos , orejas,bollos de mantequilla, pastas de té, tartas....todo para disfrute del paladar. Este tipo de establecimientos tan auténticos deben perdurar para que las franquicias con sus precarios dulces no las aparten.

El sabor y textura de sus pasteles son deliciosos...yo siempre compro la tarta para mis hijos y familia allí en la san Ignacio y ahora en Santutxu... cuando me apetece un postre envío a uno de mis hijos por unas porciones y es dificil escoger porq el Brownie,el de naranja,nueces ,arcoiris, chocolate ,etc todos son exquisitos justos de azúcar sin empalagar y esponjoso y suave la masa💝🇨🇴🇪🇸
