Es una vergüenza que está franquicia bertiz en Deusto cobre por un café en vaso con carga normal 1,90 e cuando en todos los demás franquicias de Vizcaya y Álava te cobran 1. 75e se le comenta a la empleada y te dice que es lo que marca al poner en vaso pero yo le pido una carga simple y no carga doble y me dice que es lo mismo que en vaso se cobra así son unos sinvergüenzas
