Muy bueno el pan de obrador de masa madre que traen de Munguía, de lo mejor de Bilbao. El resto de panes de "batalla" más baratos los hacen allí, tipo barras y bollos. El bollo de mantequilla prácticamente igual famoso de Martina de Zuricalday. Al menos, yo no noté diferencia.
