I had walked past this bakery several times on my 5 day visit to Bilbao. I finally stopped and bought a tarta de vasco which was absolutely delightful. It had the right amount of sweetness and crispness. Highly recommended although expensive €3.50 for a small tart.

Tenia muchos días de no ir, porque últimamente este Bertiz esta bajando la calidad , y como no estaba la chica que me sirve los mejores cafés pues me iba a otras cafeterías, debo de decir que este bertiz estaba bajando, a veces hay que esperar en la cola hasta casi 10 minutos, creo que deberian contratar personal, algo que si debo de decir que me encanta el cafe que me sirve la chica que tiene el piercing en la nariz, además de excelente cafe le hace una decoración super guay 💯, deberian de formar muy bien a las demas chicas para que todas lo sirvan asi de excelente.
