Sus cuidados pintxos, destacando el de tortilla de chorizo del gorrín ganador en el último concurso de la azoka de Amoroto. En cuanto a sus tortillas variadas...si vas tarde desaparecen ante la vista, parecen una leyenda.Toda una experiencia para el paladar a la par de un ambiente exquisito, agradable y de una altura intelectual sin igual, lectura, escritura, debates y conferencias varias con grandes ponentes. Sus gerentes dos grandes personas con una profesionalidad que hacen sentirte como en casa. Del todo recomendable.
