Chciałabym przetrzeć klientów przed płatnością poprzez kasę samoobsługową. Kasa pobiera więcej pieniędzy niż jest na paragonie. Kiedy zwrócono uwagę pracownikom stwierdzili,że nic z tym nie mogą zrobić i nie mają możliwości zwrócić pieniędzy. Pracownica po konsultacji z właścicielem stwierdziła,że to ja powinnam skontaktować się ze swoim bankiem i napisać prośbę/ reklamację o zwrot różnicy. Przestrzegam szczególnie młodzież ponieważ pracownicy olewają sytuację i próbują wmówić że winę ponosi klient, a dziecko nie zawsze ma odwagę walczyć o swoje. W naszym przypadku nawet po poproszeniu o pomoc pracownica stwierdziła że nic już z tym nie da się zrobić.
