Pierwszy raz zanieśliśmy z mężem mieso w to miejsce i wyszlo super. Mieso jest dobrze uwędzone i nie jest suche, a wędziliśmy schab, boczek, szynkę. Pewnie kluczem do sukcesu była również rola w przygotowaniu przez nas mięsa (ostrzykiwalismy je solanką). Kiełbasy również zostały bardzo dobrze uwędzone. Dziękujęmy.
