das legendäre Fußballstadium des deutschen Fußballmärchens, leider heute nur noch eine moderne Replik trotzdem der Name zählt, Schoppingbereiche und Restaurantbetriebe in der Immobilie integriert, Besonderheit Stadion steht praktisch mitten im Stadteil mit wenigen Gehminuten zum SBB- und Busbahnhof

Schön grosser Parkplatz gleich davor, auch wenn der Navi die Zufahrt falsch abgegeben hat (dafür kann das Stadion ja nichts)
