Grundsätzlich sind wir gerne immer in die Lokalitäten gekommen, um dort Abend oder auch Mittagessen zu uns zu nehmen. Seit einem gewissen Zeitraum hat die Qualität extremst abgenommen sowohl im Service als auch im essen generell. Neulich wollte ich einen Tisch für mich und meine Freundesgruppe reservieren. Dabei sind wir auf folgende Problem Problematik gestoßen. Erst mal wurde uns via WhatsApp klargemacht, dass wir ausschließlich mit Bargeld bezahlen können und auch müssen Sowie dass wir nicht getrennt zahlen können. Damals war dies alles kein Problem, Was uns natürlich auch jetzt dazu veranlasst hier unsere Kritik zu äußern. Den Tisch, den wir eigentlich für heute Abend reserviert hatten, der uns auch bestätigt wurde, wurde uns im Nachhinein dann doch abgesagt. Ich muss zusammenfassend einfach sagen, dass ich es extrem schade finde, wie sich der Laden entwickelt hat und möchte dabei besonders den schlechten Umgang mit den Kunden von dem gewissen Herrn Ale*** hervorbringen.
