Okay, die Lage ist top und das Ambiente wirklich schön. Drinnen wie draußen auf der Terrasse. Beim Essen kann ich mich jedoch nicht zu mehr als zwei Sternen durchringen. Ich hatte Calamari und kannte bisher ausschließlich die frittierte Zubereitung. Dann sind sie goldbraun, knusprig und aromatisch. In der Meliá Tapas Bar kamen sie an diesem Freitag im Juli 2025 blass und in einem weichen Teigmantel. Nun kann ich natürlich nicht in die Küche schauen, aber ich würde sagen, dass sie aus dem TK-Beutel vom Großmarkt in den Dampferhitzer wanderten. Da auch die Gambas unserer Freunde und der Ziegenkäse meiner Frau keine kulinarischen Offenbarungen waren, werden wir künftig nach Alternativen in der Nähe Ausschau halten, wenn der kleine Hunger kommt.
