It's friendly even to turists. They have english menu in shop so look for it. You can sit outside or inside and waitress was nice and understands english which helped a lot.

[English version below] ★★★☆☆ Good idea, but average execution 🍱🧐 Tried MA'LOA close to Friedrichstraße – right in the hustle of central Berlin. The place is small, almost like a food kiosk with an open kitchen vibe 🏙️. What I liked: ✅ Fast service – great for lunch breaks ✅ Rice was cooked well, dressing had good flavor ✅ Ideal for takeaway, not really for sitting down What I didn’t like: ⚠️ Ingredients didn’t seem super fresh that day ⚠️ No complimentary water or tea – everything extra ⚠️ The vibe was too sterile – grab-and-go only Conclusion: Fine for office lunch, but if you're looking for a full Poké experience, better try one of their bigger locations.
