It feels more like a leisure centre than a spa. There was a father and son throwing a football in the pool. There were only 13 beds which were all taken. We were provided with robes but no slippers. The ESPA products in the changing rooms must have been refilled in the wrong bottles, my shower had shampoo, conditioner and hand wash. The bottle beside the cotton wool at the mirrors and hairdryers said conditioner but contained what I assume was face cleanser. There were some cracked tiles in the spa, not many hooks for robes. It just didn’t seem like 5 star. It was included in my stay, I would have been very annoyed if I’d paid £60 for a day pass for this.

Absolutely love this Spa. So relaxing. Lovely relaxation room with tea’s, waters, fresh fruit and magazines and adjustable beds. Had amazing relaxing massage by Judith. Highly recommend.
