A really nice way to spend an hour

We went on these bikes on a Monday morning at 11am. We had the river to our self. It was beautiful. Noel was fantastic, even helped my 2 teenagers back to base, as they had run out of steam. If you are in Belfast, I would definitely recommend an hour on these bikes. Definitely don't take jumpers or coats, you get really hot (and sweaty) on these bikes.
