I thought KFC was supposed to be fast food. I just waited fifteen minutes for my order here (a single burger), which may have been fine seated, but is not a pleasant experience standing in a crowd of Deliveroo drivers and other people waiting, with zero visibility into the progress of my order. I am grateful KFC sells a reasonable vegan burger and I know it talked a little longer to prepare, on a one-by-one basis, but to be honest the final product is not worth a fifteen minute wait. Ten minutes max, when you’re hungry.
