I have been twice now while having a quick look around. Just had an americano. On both occasions, I was given a plastic takeaway cup. This is not acceptable when you're paying good money for a coffee. The excuse I was given when asked on both occasions was the person was on their own. No cups to wash, the tables were not cleaned. I was not impressed so not going back until they get more staff.
