Fab experience at the Rose & Crown. We popped in for a drink and sat in their lovely little sunny courtyard. Decided to try some tapas which was excellent - super tasty, very fresh. We had grey mullet gravadlax, ham croquettes with apple ketchup and green bruschetta. Will definitely be back!!

Very nice local pub, small suntrap garden. Friendly bar staff. Good range of beers and cider. Great small food selection as well - had the cassoulet which was excellent, and there’s an interesting menu of other tapas sized food. Dog friendly as well.

This fine old boozer rises and falls over the years, like Larkhall's breathing. As of summer 2025, it's on the up again. Lively engaged management, funky food. Good vibe.
