Ugot es uno de esos lugares que te atrapa desde que entras. La decoración es preciosa, con ese aire vintage que le da mucho encanto, y el ambiente es acogedor, ideal tanto para desayunar tranquila como para un brunch con amigos. Pedí unos huevos benedictinos con salmón y estaban espectaculares: la salsa holandesa tenía el punto perfecto y el pan estaba crujiente sin ser duro. También probé su tarta de zanahoria y puedo decir que es de las mejores que he comido en Barcelona, jugosa y con un frosting suave y nada empalagoso. El servicio fue amable y atento, explicando las opciones con paciencia. Eso sí, suele estar bastante lleno, así que conviene ir pronto o reservar. Sin duda, uno de mis brunch favoritos en la ciudad.

Segunda vez que vengo a UGOT en la calle Viladomat y fue todo un acierto para brunch. Probé los huevos Benedict Levant y estaban espectaculares, con un sabor delicado y bien equilibrado. La tarta de frutos rojos también merece mención: fresca, casera y con el punto justo de dulzor. El servicio fue excelente, atentos y amables. El local es muy acogedor. Además, es un sitio dog friendly, así que puedes ir con tu amigo can sin problema. La carta tiene opciones interesantes.
