Despite its young "age," critics have already called the Disfrutar restaurant a rising star on Europe's gastronomic horizon. By the way, the name "Disfrutar" translates to "enjoy," which is precisely what all the guests of the establishment do.

The establishment can also be considered a model of avant-garde with distinctly modern notes. The vast, pristine space with simple tables and deep chairs can set a restless mind on a culinary journey, calming nerves and easing tension. The menu is presented on just one page and includes three sets of 18, 25, and 32 dishes. The restaurant has been awarded a Michelin star, which it received a year after its opening.
