Tuve la oportunidad de comer en Ramen-ya Ajisen Artesanal y la experiencia fue excelente. Probé el ramen de ternera y estaba realmente delicioso: el caldo sabroso, bien equilibrado y con ingredientes de calidad. También pedimos gyozas de pollo y de cerdo, muy bien hechas, con una textura crujiente por fuera y jugosas por dentro. Los harumaki (rollitos de primavera) estaban sabrosos y bien fritos, pero lo que me sorprendió gratamente fue el edamame: perfectamente cocido y con un punto de sal ideal, se notaba el cuidado en su preparación, algo que en muchos sitios suele pasar desapercibido. En conjunto, un lugar muy recomendable para los amantes del ramen y la comida japonesa artesanal. Buena atención, comida bien hecha y un ambiente agradable.

Cuando el trato es tan cercano y familiar, ya tienes muchos puntos ganados… y aquí, desde luego, la propuesta no defrauda. Cuesta quedarse con una sola cosa: todo está bueno y a un precio imbatible. La clásica triple B de manual: Bueno, Bonito y Barato. Un imprescindible del barrio.
