Hice dos veces cola para pagar y tuve que esperar varios minutos porque no había nadie atendiendo. El resto de personal veía que habían personas esperando para cobrar y no le avisaban a la cajera.

Hola, buenas tardes. El martes por la noche fui a uno de sus restaurantes al recoger mi pedido, pedí servilletas porque no había en ninguno de los servilletero, pero la persona que me atendió, llamada Marina, me respondió de mala manera y me mandó a buscar más lejos, a pesar de que le expliqué que no había. Además, me entregó una hamburguesa equivocada y no solo fue poco amable conmigo, si no que también trató mal a otro cliente que pidió servilletas. Creo que alguien que atiende de cara al público debe ser educada y dar un buen trato siempre, por lo demás la comida como siempre muy rica.
