Mir schmeckt das Kastenbrot mit Körnern sehr gut. Der Schokokuchen ist null mein Ding. Aber die Nusschnecken usw finde ich super. Vollkorn und vorallem wenig Zucker. Service auch wunderbar.

Ich arbeite selbst in einer Bäckerei und ich kenne die Hygienevorschriften, die ich einhalten. Ich wundere mich, warum hier in der Biobäckerei die Angestellten, die Waren o h n e Handschuhe anfasst und weitergibt. Alles ohne Handschuhe, Geldwechsel, Backwaren sortieren etc. Wäre schön, wenn die Vorschriften eingehalten werden würden.
